These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of our members.
AE Admin at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms & Conditions without notice.
The proposed earning rate and the proposed referral commission may be varied if necessary at times of slow growth to ensure the continued operation of the program.
You agree to indemnify the operators and members of AussieEarners from all claims and harm. In particular, you agree not to attempt fraudulent payments, not to attempt to charge-back or cancel payments, not to complain to providers or authorities and not to spread negative opinions which could undermine confidence in the program. You accept that AE Admin rulings on any disputes are final.
All branding, logos and graphics contained in AussieEarners are protected by copyright. Distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited.
Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to AussieEarners and or its members will be terminated. Depending on it's seriousness, AE Admin may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.
You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in your resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive from AussieEarners
You are only allowed one Account EVER. If you try to open multiple accounts all your accounts will be terminated. All cash, credits and referrals will be forfeited.
You must provide us an valid email address. It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date in their members area. AE Admin is not responsible for communication errors due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you will result in the termination of your membership.
Accounts will be terminated after 50 days inactivity.
AE Admin strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is for the benefit of all our members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships canceled.
Any member who is found to be cheating through the use of programs, robotic methods or any other means will have their accounts terminated immediately.
A 5% administration fee is charged on all payments to help cover the cost of hosting, payment processor fees etc.
All sales are final: There will be no refunds issued to any sale.

Penalties
If you violate any of the Terms, your account will be terminated. All cash, credits and referrals will be forfeited.
Your use of this service implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
AE Admin reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms & conditions without notice.

Privacy Policy
AE Admin will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.
